Summer Term 2 2020

Week Five 29.06.20 - Monster Mayhem

English Summer Term - Week 3 Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown Choose Core or easier option for Blue/Red Table English. I know Friday is VE Day and a Bank Holiday but I added something just in case!

Easier Reading Comprehension - special request!

Week 2 - 30th March 2020

We will be starting a new story for this week - The Tin Forest.

I have added a copy of the story and a link to the video to watch. I hope you enjoy the story of how dreams can come true, a story of positive thinking and taking action to improve our lives. An uplifting tale to capture your imagination.

There will be different reading and writing tasks each day for you to do each day but you can always do something extra and design your own Tin Forest with beautiful, colourful creatures made from recycled materials e.g. cardboard and tin foil or you could draw some colourful pictures.

Send me a photo of your creations to the blog.smiley

Week One - 23rd March 2020

For English, At the end of the Iron Man, the Space Bat Angel flies away singing a song of peace around the world.  You are going to write a letter to the World and it is your job in the letter to persuade the world to stop fighting and to live in peace.  Think of what you could say to persuade people to live in peace.
