Croutons

Random.... but if like my daughter, you refuse to eat the crusts off bread, tear them up, put them in a baking tray with a bit of oil, herbs and garlic, cook for 15 mins and you have croutons for days.

These are the perfect addition to any soup or even a salad!

We recently made a homemade  lunch:
