It has been Magic Week! We have been reading 'Room on the Broom.' We completed lots of magical activities.
Off to a magical wood to find magic wands!
Learning to ride a broomstick!
We learnt about celebrations that might include fireworks - Divali and Bonfire Night. We created pictures from loose parts.
We investigated shapes, finding them around the classroom and sorting them into how many sides they have, investigating how they fit together and making pictures.
We went on a woodland adventure and found a magical small door and some tiny objects. We thought it might be a fairy door and a fairy playground!
We made salt dough and then used it to make Christmas Pudding Decorations.
We had a wonderful Christmas Party with dancing, food and games.
We worked together, learning about Christmas in England and singing songs. Here we are in our costumes!
We helped Santa in the elf workshop!
